Treasure hunt

Enigmas, clues… Go off and discover in an entaining way the medieval heritage of the Arguenon Valley. 

There are 2 itineraries, one starting in Jugon-Les-Lacs, and the other in Plancoët. 

This valley has numerous vestiges of the past, some going back to the 10th century.   That’s how we find out more about Le Guildo or La Hunaudaye, the most important fortresses in the valley.   But the path also leads to la Motte de Guénault in Plorec, the less well-known remains of the first wooden fortresses, and also the château de Montafilan.

Switching between important historical sites and other more surprising or ordinary sites, this treasure hunt offers a different style of tourism.   It is an invitation to find out more about a region with hidden items of historical interest around each corner.
